Common Questions

How much can I earn?

Rates vary by support type and experience. Pay is set per booking during the pilot. You'll see the exact quote (based on support type, duration/complexity, travel, and language needs) before you accept. You also keep 100% of tips.

What's the difference between the support types?

Virtual: Join appointments remotely via video/phone and take notes.
In-Person: Meet families at the clinic/hospital and stay through the appointment.
Follow-Up: Help organize information and coordinate next steps after appointments are done.

Do I need medical credentials?

No. You don't need to be a nurse or doctor. We're looking for compassionate people with healthcare or caregiving experience who can provide emotional support and logistical help.

Can I choose which bookings I accept?

Yes! You have complete control over your schedule. Accept bookings that fit your availability and decline any you can't accommodate.
